Refund & Cancellation Policy

Invoiceee is a subscription service operated by PortraitXAI LLP. The free plan requires no payment. Premium is offered on a monthly (₹199/month) or annual (₹999/year) basis, billed in advance at the price shown at checkout for the cycle you choose; by subscribing you authorise PortraitXAI LLP, through Razorpay, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@invoiceee.app; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for (the current month, or the remainder of the current year for annual plans), after which your account reverts to the free plan.

Payments are non-refundable: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial or unused billing periods, including unused months remaining on an annual plan, or for periods already charged, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

If a recurring charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend Premium access until payment succeeds; your data is retained per our Privacy Policy. We may change Premium pricing with prior notice, effective from your next renewal. For any billing question, contact support@invoiceee.app.
